Fort Worth Annual Mud Run
Mud Run is a combination of regular citizens, Civil Servants, companies, teams, colleges and some military personnel
competing together through a series of boot camp styled obstacles that have been surrounded by (or consist entirely of) mud. The race is
10K and it is unique to the state of Texas.

Read to Succeed
A free educational program sponsored by Six Flags
theme parks, Chase, and Weekly Reader. The program is designed to encourage
reading for fun.

Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Cadet Programs
CAP’s cadet program trains young men and women in teamwork, moral leadership, aerospace education, technical skills to
support emergency services, and military history and customs. Through national encampments, a college and flight training scholarship program,
and the International Air Cadet Exchange, CAP cadets broaden their horizons, learn to assume responsibility, feel self-confidence and set goals for their lives.

Teen Court
Teen Court benefits both youth and community by providing an alternative method of adjudicating juvenile offenders. Teens are held
responsible for their behavior while giving them the opportunity to participate in and become knowledgeable about the judicial system.
Upon successful completion of the program, the offender's case is dismissed and does not appear on their record. Courts are held at the City of
Keller, Haltom City, Watauga, and
North Richland Hills.

Keller Chess Society
Hosted by the Keller Public Library. The club is open to participants ages eight through adult and held on Wednesdays from 3:30 to
5:00 PM in the Library Meeting Room.

Watauga Public Library, Every Wednesday, 4pm to 6pm. All children and teens, ages 5-18 are invited to come and play chess every Wednesday
at the Library. If you are an expert or just learning, this club is for you!

"Frisbee" golf enthusiasts can now find a unique amenity to Haltom City’s North Park.
An 18-hole disc golf course has recently been installed at the park which is located at Denton Highway and NE Loop 820.

a game of Ultimate is played by two seven-player squads with a high-tech plastic disc on a field similar to football. Play at
