The new host provider where the NETCACHE domain exists gives us the capability to issue email mailboxes in the same way that any ISP like sbcglobal, AOL, earthlink, etc. provides them to you. If you would like to have a <your name>@netcache.org email that can be accessed from any computer, or connnected to your home computer with a POP3 connection let your NETCACHE leadership know so we can accomodate you.
Access for your email account would be on the internet with any browser at http://mail.netcache.org with your NETCACHE user name and password. The email account has spam control, with the ability to blacklist senders. This may be a great way for a family to expand email capabilities. We can also setup mail "forwards" on the NETCACHE domain, which is a way to have a netcache email account that is forwarded to your personal email. Best of all, it is free, courtesy of your membership with NETCACHE!
Email the President, Jim Mitchell or the webmaster@netcache.org if you are interested in this. _________________ Let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good works - Hebrews 10:24

|
|
Just in case there is any confusion - getting a NETCACHE email account and establishing a NETCACHE forum name account are two different things. The NETCACHE email account is another email account that you can use in conjunction with NETCACHE activities. Some people find it convenient to separate their NETCACHE emails from their personal or business emails.
The forum name is a name that you will use on the forums, that must have a valid email account associated with a NETCACHE member. Generally this is the same email that was placed on your NETCACHE application, but could be a NETCACHE email account that you set up with a request to the NETCACHE webmaster.
Does that help clear up things a bit, or is the water still muddy? _________________ In democratic countries knowledge of how to combine is the mother of all other forms of knowledge; on its progress depends that of all the others.
